Worked on LLM research specifically focusing on how LLMs get lost in multi-turn conversations and how context-resetting can mitigate this.

• Developed ERGO method achieving 56.6% average performance improvement over multi-turn baselines
• Recovered 15% performance drop in multi-turn conversations using entropy-guided prompt restructuring
• Achieved 9.6% greater performance than single-turn baselines through automated context resetting
• Reduced response variability by 35.3%, addressing 112% increase in conversational AI inconsistency

A Software accelerator program focusing on the fundamentals of the product development lifecycle and delivering a patient data management and visualisation system for a MedTech company.

• Selected out of 83 applicants to partake in a Software & Data Engineering Accelerator Programme in collaboration with DotPlot, an award-winning MedTech company developing a medical device to help detect early-stage breast cancer
• Learnt the fundamentals of developing tech products, covering Product Development Lifecycle, User-Centric Design, MVP and Agile
• Developed a Patient Data Management and Visualisation application to allow hospital staff to easily access patient details, breast cancer history, and visualise breast lesions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and SQL

• Collaborated in an 8-person team to develop UniCare, a cross-platform iOS/Android student wellbeing app with an integrated recovery chatbot, evolving an industry addiction-support brief into a broader welfare-focused mobile solution
• Investigated how reward-function design shapes reinforcement-learning trading behaviour in limit-order markets, showing that surplus-based rewards produce more disciplined, risk-adjusted execution strategies than profit-based rewards in Double DQN agents
• Designed and implemented Co-Refine, an AI-augmented qualitative coding platform that uses embedding-based consistency scoring and constrained LLM feedback to detect coding drift, semantic overlap, and inconsistencies in real time.
